Small Business Advisor (4th Quarter 2024 Release) is available in two
versions at three price points: a Single State Version for any of the states
listed below ($19.95) and a Professional Version ($99.00) for all of the
listed states (for a single user license). A site license, to make up to 50
copies of the Professional Version, costs $199.00.
The federal tax and legal information in every edition is fully updated
within the last 12 months. (The e-books that are created by the software
have 12 chapters that contain federal tax or other federal legal content; we
update one chapter for any federal changes every month.) The state information
for each state was last updated in the month and year indicated by the name of
that state, as shown below. We are updating more states every month, starting
with the states that were last updated in 2020. We have now fully updated the
state (and D.C.) content for 32 states and D.C. since June, 2023. The California
and edition, last updated in 2020, will be the last to be updated, by the end of
2024.

PROFESSIONAL VERSION (CONTAINS THE STATE INFO
The Professional Version allows you to configure the software for any of
the 34 state editions listed above and you can re-configure the program for a
different state whose laws and information will be applies as often as you
wish, with 2 clicks of your mouse.
A single-user license of the Professional Version, for one computer, plus an archival
back-up, costs $99. A site license of the Professional Version, allowing you to make copies
for up to 50 people, such as for students, costs $199.
